Here are a few switch plate patterns. This book only has single plate patterns. I'll work on double plate patterns later. I cut the plate in the picture from walnut that was slightly thinner than 1/4".Drill and counter sink the screw holes to match the screws in the existing wall plate. You also need to round over the edges of the plate to give it a finished look.
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I had to be out of town most of the day and did not get much time in the workshop. When I did get home I had to watch my Kentucky Wildcats beat the Arkansas Razorbacks in college football. It's been a good day.
