Ornate Fan Scroll Saw Pattern

This fan will keep you busy for a while. The fan is ten inches wide with lots of interior cuts. These are usually cut from 1/8" Baltic Birch plywood. I would use a #3 or #2/0 blade for many of the cuts. If you stack cut this project you might find the cuts a little easier to handle and you will increase you productivity.

Obviously these are just ornamental fans. I have seen them framed behind glass and they look very nice.

Heart Candle Centerpiece Scroll Saw Pattern

This heart shaped centerpiece can hold up to a 3 inch candle. I designed the pattern for 1/2" thick wood. It stands 5 1/2" tall and 9" wide. If your saw can handle it you should stack cut the side pieces two at a time.

I am working on the contest details for the Craftsman scroll saw giveaway. I think I can have everything setup by this weekend so keep your eyes open.
