This 4 layer stacked puzzle should give you puzzle makers something to work on a while. I have no idea how difficult it will be to solve because I am terrible at putting puzzles together. I cheat and put them together as I cut each piece. I would not even take it all the way apart for the pictures. :). I was afraid I would never get it back together. I did keep it simpler by making the outer edge round on each layer.
I used 1/4" Baltic Birch Plywood and a 2/0 Jewelers blade. Mike over at http://www.mikesworkshop.com/ sells the Flying Dutchman Superior Puzzle Blades. Those should work fine also.
