Mother's Day this year is on Sunday, May 11th. I have added a new pattern for you to download at no charge. Cut the plaque directly in 1/2" to 3/4" (12mm to 19mm) hardwood. Alternatively use 1/8" to 1/4" (3mm to 6mm) birch ply for the patterns and back the overlays with thicker hardwood of a dark color.
