Well tonight I finally upgraded the Community forum to version 2.0.7 The forum has been running on version 1.6.19 for some time and it was getting very buggy. The minor updates within 1.6 were no longer working and the database kept getting corrupted. In other words it was long overdue.
If you have not signed up for the Community forum now is a good time to check it out. There are hundreds of scrollers from all over the world there chatting about our favorite hobby. The moderator, Russ makes sure everything stays family friendly and is always there to welcome new members.
It's a great place to get your questions answered. There is even the Coffee Shop section where you can just chat about daily events or tell a joke. If you are a little shy then just browse for a while until you get comfortable.The link to the Community forum can always be found the the left column of the blog.
I hope the new look is not to jarring for the old timers. The old theme is not compatible with the new software so I had to change it up. It's a more modern theme but the interface is close enough that I don't think it will cause you much trouble.
