Had a request for an Air National Guard pattern. The front frame is going to be fragile so plan out your cuts to to maximize the strength until the end. I suggest you do the small interior cuts first the remove the larger sections. In the simulated picture above the black jest and letters are cut from the backer board. I just colored them black to make them stand out in the picture.
