National Woodworking Month.

I made this pattern to recognize "National Woodworking Month". That's right April is National Woodworking Month.  The art and craft of working with wood goes back centuries. Ancient Egyptian drawings depict wood furniture. Some of these pieces of furniture have even been preserved in tombs. Even advanced techniques such as veneering have been found. It's a wonderful tradition. Let's all celebrate the month by spending time in our shop.

Sorry I have not posted the last couple days. Friday was my last day of work and I had a bad cold that kept me in bed. I actually called in sick the last full day of my career. I'm just starting to feel like moving around so hopefully I can get in the shop tomorrow.

I'm still trying to figure out my schedule now that I can work on the blog full time. I have a few projects in mind that I hope to get started next week. The big plan is more of everything plus a few new ideas. Stay tuned.
