This Monday we set aside a day to honor those who have lost their lives protecting our country and our way of life. It is of the utmost importance that we not forget the sacrifice that individuals and families have made for these values. To all the loved ones of these fallen heroes, I stand with you in your pride. I feel your grief and I understand your questions. There will never be an easy answer to why we have to send our sons and daughters off to war.

Please take some time this Monday to enjoy the day in honor of our heroes. They made the ultimate sacrifice to give you that opportunity. If you have to travel this weekend please be safe and courteous on the roads. Have a great weekend. God bless our troops.
