Leopard Scroll Saw Pattern.

11" X 14". 253 interior cuts. This is another pattern that I started on the iPad pro and finished in Corel Draw on the desktop. I designed the pattern last night and cut it today. It took me three sittings but I did get it completed in just the one day. I did not keep time but it probably took five hours to cut.

I used a #3 flat blade for the lettering then switched to a #1 spiral for the rest of the cuts. The cutting is 1/4" thick Baltic birch plywood and the backer board is just MDF painted black.

  Texas Woodworking Show:

https://www.woodworkingshowoftexas.com/

I will be attending the Woodworking Show in Houston Texas April 13-15, 2018. I will be in the Bear Woods booth as their guest. If you live in the area I hope you will come out and support the show and stop and say hello.

We are trying to make arrangements for me to do a class at the show. Details are still being worked out but I'll keep you updated here as plans come together.

I want to thank Stephen at Bear Woods for sponsoring my trip to the show. Please support the vendors who support our community. Bear Woods has many fine wood crafting products including the Pegas line of scroll saw blades.  Visit www.bearwood.com

Trying to get caught back up:

I will do my best to get things caught back up on the blog. My trip to the Atlanta woodworking show has me behind. The online catalog is a few patterns behind and I need to get the $3 PDF catalog updated. And of course I am miles behind on email. I'm working on it so please be patient and I'll get it going soon.

  • On-off switch, electronic variable speed, flexible dust blower, and blade-tensioning lever all located on front upper arm
