Sorry there was no post yesterday. I had a strange situation happen. My yearly physical was last Tuesday. During the physical, I received a whooping cough vaccination. That night I noticed that the location of the shot was pretty sore but did not pay too much attention to it. The next day I felt like I have a mild case of the flu. All my joints were sore and I felt kind of weak.
I just decided to go to bed and wake up when it was over. It's funny how getting older makes everything feel worse. I use to think I was pretty tough when it came to being sick. Now, not so much. :). Anyway, I feel fine today and I guess I won't get whooping cough.

When people see these they are always intrigued by how in the world you made it. They will turn the block over and over trying to figure it out. When you tell them you hand cut it from a solid block of wood they will think you are some kind of super wood carver.
