Bring your own LOGO Bottle opener scroll saw pattern.

This pattern does not include any logos. The UK logo is the trademark of the University of Kentucky.

You will print your own logo or other picture on photo paper and affix it to the painted wooden bottle. You have 2.5" X 2.5" area for the photo. Use photo editing software to resize and crop the photo you want.

I used spray adhesive to glue on the logo. I then covered it with several coats of acrylic spray. A more permanent solution might be to use Mod Podge.

Here is my affiliate link to the bottle opener kit on Amazon. This kit comes with three openers for $10.

Tutorial: Preparing the image to print to the correct size.

Do not use logo's that are trademarked for any product you intend to sell. This is for personal use only.

Search Google for the image you may want to use. In this case, I searched "uk logo".  When the results load select "Images" from the menu items.
The list of images will open. Click the one you wish to use. Right-click the image when it opens and select "Copy Image"
We will use the free photo editor GIMP for scaling the image for print. You can download GIMP at this link for Windows and Mac. After you have GIMP installed. run it.
Select "Edit/Paste As/New Image". This will open the image in GIMP.
You can zoom in and out using the CTRL/Mouse Scroll Wheel if needed.
We will now resize the image to fit our 2.5" X 2.5" template. Select "Image/Scale Image" from the menu.
When the dialog opens set the image size to inches. Type 2.5 in the width or height box depending on which is larger. Click the chain icon next to the box to automatically set the other dimension so it is proportional.

Select "File/Print".

This process will be similar in any photo editing software.
