I had to visit a podiatrist today for what turned out to be a relatively minor foot problem. I have been living with some irritating pain for several weeks now. It may end up needing surgery but he is hopeful today's procedure will keep that from happening. The visit to the doctor made me think about all the people we have in our lives who we appreciate.
