I had a coach in high school who taught all those lessons. I played four years of varsity basketball under coach Love. That was over 40 years ago and I still think about coach. Of course, he was also a teacher. He did not take any less than your best in either role. There were days when we did not like him very much but we always knew he was just trying to make us better players and young men.
