This is a small 4" X 6.25" vintage Christmas card jigsaw puzzle. This pattern uses the template system to get a perfect puzzle every time. The puzzle is cut from 1/8" or 1/4" thick Baltic birch plywood. The image is in the public domain so there are no use restrictions.

If you use 1/8" thick BB ply you can put these in an envelope and send them out as Christmas cards. You can sign the back of the puzzle with your Christmas wishes. Sign the back of the puzzle board before you cut the puzzle.

They also make nice stocking stuffers for the kids. There are four templates, 6, 12, 20, and 35 piece puzzles.

The complete instructions are included in the pattern. I also included the instructions below so you can see how they are made. If you would like to see a video demonstrating this technique then follow this link.  Jigsaw Puzzle Instruction Video

To get a good fit of the puzzle pieces you need to use a very small blade. A #2/0 blade will work fine.

Personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns:

Progress on orders is going well. Current turn around is about two days. If you don't see your order in your email inbox, make sure you check your spam folder.

The price is $1 per name with a 5 name minimum. I keep the price as low as possible
because I want everyone to have a chance to make these ornaments for family and friends.

You only pay after you have received the order and are
100% satisfied with the patterns. Invoice included with
the pattern email. Pay by credit card(secure Paypal), check, or cash.

The patterns will be emailed to you after they are completed.
Please allow up to a week for delivery.

You can use last names on the ornaments if you like but remember that the more letters the more
difficult they are to cut. Ten letters and up gets pretty small. If you need to you can enlarge the patterns by 10% to make the interior cuts larger. No special characters are supported. I can get a hyphen in there but it looks odd. It has to connect the two letters so it does not just fall out.

$12 per sheet of 12 coins plus $3.50 shipping
Inlay with a 1" Forstner Bit.
The perfect way to sign your work.
