This pattern comes in two sizes. The small one is about 9.5 inches long. The large one is close to 15 inches long.

Let me tell you upfront that the small one has some tiny interior cuts. I normally design my patterns so you can use a 1/16" drill bit for all the interior holes. That is just barely true with this pattern. Just drill carefully. There are only a couple interior cuts that are so small.

It is difficult to take a picture of this project and show the detail. Here is a black and white image of the pattern.

I used a split base on this project. It is stronger than gluing the horses to the top of the base. The two base boards are glued to the front and back of the horse cutout.

I have received the same request several times recently. I am hearing from many new to the hobby folks. They are asking for complete project videos. I have always been hesitant to do full project videos because they are painfully long and I can be painfully boring.

I don't mind doing one but I would like to know if there is any interest in seeing a project from pattern to a complete project. This would just be the very basics. Adding too much detail would make the video too long for sure. I could speed many parts up in editing.

I would probably wait until after Christmas when there are always new people who got a scroll saw for Christmas.

You can use last names on the ornaments if you like but remember that the more letters the more

difficult they are to cut. Ten letters and up gets pretty small. If you need to you can enlarge the patterns by 10% to make the interior cuts larger. No special characters are supported. I can get a hyphen in there but it looks odd. It has to connect the two letters so it does not just fall out.
