Ark of the Covenant Scroll Saw Pattern.

Hey guys. I'm going to keep this short because I am on backup internet. We have been without cable and internet for a few hours. How will I susrvive. :)

This model of the Ark of the Covenant is 11.5 inches long and 5 inches wide. The Ark has been spray painted gold.

There is one omission from the pattern. I did not include the dimensions of the base. I'll correct that when I get service back. The base is 12" X 6" and I used 1/4" thick Baltic birch plywood.

Most of the parts are cut from 1/8" thick BB ply. The box walls are 1/4".

There are several parts that can be stack cut for and easier build.

I used CA glue for most of the parts. You will need to glue the figures to the base for support. It is a bit flimsy until glued down.

If you print this at 200% you can use 1/4" and 1/2" ply for s stronger model.

Important:

I am kind of backed up at right now. I have a few orders to fill and my email is hopeless. I am hoping to wait for my internet to come back on before I tackle the orders. I expect that will sometime today.
Please be patient with me until I get things squared away.

Personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns:

I am still making good progress on ornament patterns. I should be able to get caught up today. If you have orders in the queue, keep your eye on your email inbox.

The price is $1 per name with a 5 name minimum. I keep the price as low as possible
because I want everyone to have a chance to make these ornaments for family and friends.

You only pay after you have received the order and are
100% satisfied with the patterns. Invoice included with
the pattern email. Pay by credit card(secure Paypal), check, or cash.

The patterns will be emailed to you after they are completed.
Please allow up to a week for delivery.

You can use last names on the ornaments if you like but remember that the more letters the more
difficult they are to cut. Ten letters and up gets pretty small. If you need to you can enlarge the patterns by 10% to make the interior cuts larger. No special characters are supported. I can get a hyphen in there but it looks odd. It has to connect the two letters so it does not just fall out.

$12 per sheet of 12 coins plus $3.50 shipping
Inlay with a 1" Forstner Bit.
The perfect way to sign your work.
