Open Top Fretwork Box Scroll Saw Pattern.

Download Below

This is just a general-purpose fretwork box. The interior is 5" deep and 4" X 4" wide. You could use it on a makeup table for brushes and comps or beside your chair for a fancy remote control box.

It is cut from 1/4" thick wood and uses slot and tab assembly.

Because of the slot and tab construction, the bottom is difficult to assemble. To solve the problem you will cut one of the tabs off and glue it back in place after att the sides are attached. You will see why this is necessary while you try to assemble it.

Security Warning:

Some of you may have seen a security warning while trying to visit my Free Online Catalog or Community Forum yesterday. Every year I have to update my SSL security certificate so you can visit the site securely with encryption. The certificate expired before I had a chance to renew so the message started popping up. I have corrected the issue now so the site is again encrypted.

Personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns:

I am still making good progress on ornament patterns. I should be able to get caught up today. If you have orders in the queue, keep your eye on your email inbox.

The price is $1 per name with a 5 name minimum. I keep the price as low as possible
because I want everyone to have a chance to make these ornaments for family and friends.

You only pay after you have received the order and are
100% satisfied with the patterns. Invoice included with
the pattern email. Pay by credit card(secure Paypal), check, or cash.

The patterns will be emailed to you after they are completed.
Please allow up to a week for delivery.

You can use last names on the ornaments if you like but remember that the more letters the more
difficult they are to cut. Ten letters and up gets pretty small. If you need to you can enlarge the patterns by 10% to make the interior cuts larger. No special characters are supported. I can get a hyphen in there but it looks odd. It has to connect the two letters so it does not just fall out.

$12 per sheet of 12 coins plus $3.50 shipping
Inlay with a 1" Forstner Bit.
The perfect way to sign your work.

DEWALT DW788 1.3 Amp 20-Inch Variable-Speed Scroll Saw

I'm not smart enough to know if this is a good deal but you can get the DeWalt DW788 for $299 if you sign up and are approved for the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card. No annual fee. I'm not big on credit cards but I wanted to point out this offer. Without this offer, the DeWalt is still currently priced at $399. Even that is a good price.

  • Double parallel link arm design dramatically reduces vibration and noise for extremely accurate cuts
  • Exclusive tool free blade clamps allow blade changes in seconds. Depth of Cut (inches): 2 inch
  • On off switch, electronic variable speed, flexible dust blower, and blade tensioning lever all located on front upper arm
  • Arm design pivots from back of the saw to front, shortening the arm movement for smoother, quieter operation
  • Arm lifts so blade can be easily threaded through the material for inside cuts
