This triptych is made up of 8"x10", 6.5"x10", and a 8"x10" panels. The total length is 22.5". You want to leave some space between the panels when you hang them on a wall. I recommend cutting the panels from 1/2" thick material but any thickness will work.
One optional way to display these panels is to mount them on another single board. Mount the panels to the backer board with standoffs in each corner. 1/4" diameter wood dowels would work. Have the panels off of the backer board by about 3/4".
