I Would Rather Push A Ford/Chevy Than Drive A Chevy/Ford Scroll Saw Pattern.

I want to wish all of you who celebrate Easter a wonderful day. This could be a lonely day for many folks during the lockdown so please remember to pick up the phone and call your family and friends.

Folks who live alone could be especially impacted by not having someone to share the day with. If you have a friend or relative in a retirement/nursing home then make sure you contact them and spend a little time enjoying each others company.

Here are a couple of signs for the pickup truck drivers. The signs are a little over ten inches wide. You can either put them in the back window of your truck or on a wall.

I am showing them painted silver but paint is optional. These could look good cut from colored plexiglass. Acrylic mirror would also look good.

Here is an email I received from Sue Mey. These are very interesting looking projects. Check them out.

Be sure to check out the free patterns at the bottom of Sue's message. They are for a wonderful cause.

Happy Easter everyone!
A while ago I started drawing patterns for a pyramid. I envisioned a tiered creation that turns but is not powered by candles and a fan at the top. I asked my scroller friend, Elwood Cook, if he would be interested in test cutting such a project. He agreed but had a vision of his own - a project that would show a variety of animals and nature scenes as it turns. So, I placed my first designs on the backburner and created the one you see here. I am sure you'll agree Elwood did a fabulous job making this piece come alive!
Other projects in this style generally have one or two scenes per tier that are repeated all around. This project has six different scenes on each tier. Once on my website, click on the image to see the animation.

See a video of the completed project here
