Foot Switch - Deadman Style
For me, the most important accessory I buy for my scroll saw is a footswitch. There are a couple styles of footswitches. ON/OFF and Deadman style. Most scrollers prefer the Deadman style. With the Deadman switch, the saw runs while your foot is on the switch and off when you raise your foot. The ON/OFF switch requires a second click to stop the saw.
