Framed Letters Scroll Saw Pattern.

This pattern has everything you need to make framed letters. Each letter is a little over 6.5" tall. The frame will either be 1, 2, or 3 parts. A=2, B=3, C=1(See image). The frames are cut separately and glued to the full letter.

These framed letters are nice for sign making. The word WELCOME in the image above would be over 50 inches long. The letters and frames can be cut from any thickness of wood you like. If you cut the frames from hardwood they will be weak until glued to the full letter. Baltic birch plywood will be a bit more stable.

Anytime I post alphabet templates they have tons of downloads. They are one type of pattern that almost every scroller can use. Even if you don't have a current use for this pattern it is probable you will in the future.

USPS Mail is Often Delayed:

With the recent changes made by the Postmaster-General, some USPS mail is delayed. I am seeing some of the packages I ship taking up to double normal delivery time. Sometimes they are not delayed at all. It seems to be random.

I use USPS First Class mail for my Signature Coins and USB Catalog orders. The DVD Catalogs are shipped by my distributor but they are seeing the same delays.

When I print shipping labels the tracking number should be emailed to you by the USPS. That number can be used to see the expected delivery date. Use this link for tracking

My DVD distributor has once again started shipping international orders. Because of all the delays they had temporarily stopped shipping outside the US. If you wanted to order the DVD and could not select your country, that should be corrected now.

$12 per sheet of 12 coins plus $3.50 shipping
Inlay with a 1" Forstner Bit.
The perfect way to sign your work.
