Happy Wife Happy Life Scroll Saw Pattern.

Download Below

"Happy Wife Happy Life". This pattern comes in two sizes. Obviously, the letters will be kind of fragile in a few places. The backer board is needed to keep the letters from breaking. You probably will be better off using Baltic birch plywood for strength.

Selling projects made from my patterns.

I have not talked about this for a while. I have received several emails lately asking if there are any restrictions on the sale of projects made from my patterns.

I do not put any restrictions on the projects made from my patterns. You can make and sell as many as your customers will buy. The finished project does not require any attribution. You are welcome to make changes to the patterns to make the project custom for your customer.

The only restrictions I ask are on the patterns. The patterns cannot be sold. The patterns cannot be hosted on another server for download. You are welcome to share the original patterns with friends or clubs. Please make sure the cover page stays included with the pattern pdf.

If your woodworking club wants to maintain a library of my patterns that is fine as long as the library is not hosted online in a public forum. If your club buys the Scrollsaw Workshop Pattern catalog everyone is welcome to copy the catalog for their personal use. The club only needs to buy one of the catalogs.

I get many emails telling me that they are selling projects made from my patterns and giving me attribution on their sales page. I appreciate that thought but that can hurt sales in some cases. Buyers like to feel that they are buying work from the artist. I'm not saying that you should lie about how the project was made but you don't need to bring it up unless you are asked.

All of these comments apply to the scroll saw, laser cutters, CNC, or any other method of producing the projects.

If you look around the web you will likely see my free patterns for sale. I appreciate your concern but please don't confront the web site owner about stealing the patterns. Most of them already know they are stealing and don't care. Just don't support them with your money. I have had many interesting conversations with the owners of some of these sites and they self justify what they are doing in one way or another. I feel bad for the people who but those patterns when they can get them for free from me but they just don't know.

We are coming to the time of years when most crafts are purchased. If you are trying to earn a little extra cash, even if to just buy more supplies then now is the time. Good luck and I wish you well with your sales.

Porter-Cable 15 Amps 12 Inches Benchtop Planer (PC305TP)

I owned this planer for several years before I upgraded. For an entry-level tool, the Porter Cable performed very well for me. This is not a run all day, everyday tool but if you need a basic planer I can recommend the PC.

If you are primarily a scroll saw user then a planer can give you those difficult to find thin boards.
