 Download Below

This door wreath pattern comes in three sizes. 8", 10", and 13"

2020 Personalized Christmas Ornaments:

This year's Personalized Christmas Ornament patterns are completed. I will start taking orders this week. I wanted to share the choices with you today so you can start making your lists. Keep watching the blog for the order form. I will post it in the daily post so it will be easy to find.

The non-pet ornaments will all have the year on the pattern. If you prefer not to have the year then it can just not be cut.

My wife made the suggestion to have one ornament for small children. I made the teddy bear ornament to cover that area.

The ornament with the bow is the basic pattern. I know many of you cut dozens of these ornaments
every year and need something quick.

Pricing:

I have never raised the price on these patterns and I won't raise them this year either. I want to leave you guys room to sell the ornaments to your customers. I know scrollers who sell these for $10 to $20 each so if you have the market there is plenty of meat on the bone.

The four people ornaments will be $1 per name with a five name minimum.
The pet ornaments will be $2 per name with no minimum.

Payment can be made by credit card securely online or a check mailed USPS.

The patterns will be completed and emailed to you with an invoice for payment. This gives you a chance to approve of the patterns and make sure you are pleased with them before you pay.

My goal is to have the pattern back to you within three days after order. I will probably miss this goal sometimes but I'll do my best. Those of you who sell the Personalized Ornaments please take into consideration my lead time.

Cutting Information:

These are basic to intermediate level patterns. There are some small cuts. Every interior cut was designed to be no smaller than a 1/16" drill bit can make the starter hole. The red dot in the image above is 1/16" diameter. This sample is a long name(WILLIAMSON). As you can see the interior hole can be drilled with a 1/16" bit. The M is tight. If the name gets much longer than this it will need a smaller drill bit to drill the interior hole. First names are normally shorter but I will do family names if you feel comfortable making the small cuts.

All the ornaments are between 4.5" and 5" tall.

These ornaments can be cut in Baltic birch plywood or hardwoods.

A #3 or #5 blade will give you the best results. I used a #3 of all the samples above.

I can't do that:

I do not take orders for the ornament patterns without a name. I ask that you kindly consider that I sell these patterns to help maintain the blog. Please do not use the patterns to make and sell your own personalized ornaments. I only charge a $1 per pattern so I do my best to keep it at a cost that you can still make money. Thanks for understanding.

Pegas 21" Scroll Saw

Pegas Scroll Saw - 21 Inch with Raising Arm and the Pegas Blade Clamps

21″ Throat Depth, Upper Arm Raises, Proven Motor and Linkage.  PLUS the game-changing Pegas Chuck Head that has helped so many saws improve.
Pegas® Scroll Saws are high-precision tools, which with a minimum amount of maintenance, will provide reliable service and great satisfaction for many years. This scroll saw is developed in Switzerland - made in Taiwan to the rigorous specifications and quality requirements of Pegas.
This product will ship within three business days, please note we are not open on holidays or weekends.
The Pegas Scroll Saw - Why is it better?
While it’s made in the same factory in Taiwan where the Excalibur scroll saw used to be made, Pegas has added Swiss precision and engineering to their scroll saw. Let’s start with a beefed-up chassis featuring a reinforced web in the connecting rod and vertical rocker and needle bearings pressed into the rocker arm as opposed to a sleeve and bolt connection that is prone to wear and failure. Next, the saw comes with the revolutionary Pegas Blade Chuck Heads installed (a $90 value). These precision-machined blade clamps, manufactured from aircraft-grade aluminum, can be adjusted easily to grip blades better than any other clamp on the market, and weigh less to reduce wear on your machine. Finally, the table boasts a thick, scratch-resistant coating that prevents corrosion and makes the wood slide easier. The saw still boasts the precision rack-and-pinion system that tilts the saw head to make angled cuts (instead of tilting the table). It tilts a full 45-degrees to the right, and 35-degrees to the left (because of the dust collection port). It also positions all of the primary controls (speed, power, and blade tension) at the front of the top saw arm. A stand and footswitch are available.
