Holiday Name Initials for Scroll Saw Patterns

Download Below
I painted the one in the photo to give it a bit more of a holiday look. The paint is optional. Just spray paint it red or leave it natural.

Okay, this pattern is going to require some work on your part. The pattern book contains 26 Snowman Holiday Initials with blank space for a name. In the video below I give an overview tutorial of how to use the free program, Inkscape to import the pattern. Size the name you want and add it to the initial. There are other options also.

Do you hate computers? You can still use this pattern.

If you absolutely hate using a computer, you don't have to give up on this pattern. Just print out the page you need. Get out a ruler and draw the name in the blank. With just a bit of draftsmanship, you can do a nice job. You can also correct small errors while you cut the pattern on your scroll saw. Remember that this is a hand mage project. It does not have to be perfect.

Another Option:

Here is a link to a set of letters that have been sized in height to fit the blank for the Snowman Initials. This is not a perfect option because you can't control the width. It will still allow most names to be used so I thought I would add this download but not as part of the original pattern. You can see in the example below that WILLIAM fit the blank for room to spare.

I am completing the Personalized Ornament patterns at a decent rate. I think I am still on my three-day turnaround goal. Thanks for all the orders.

Personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns are ready to order:

I am ready to start taking Personalized Christmas Ornament Pattern orders.

I can do first or last names but remember that more than ten letters will be more difficult to cut.

The order form will take up to 20 names for people and 5 names for pets. If you need more than 20/5 then start a second order.

You will not pay until you have the patterns and are 100% happy with them. There will be an invoice sent with the patterns to your email. You will have the option to pay securely with a credit card or send a check to the included address.

I am shooting for a three-day turnaround but that may be difficult for a few days until I get all the kinks worked out. I'll do my best. You can set a bookmark for each of the order forms but I will post them almost every day until Christmas.

$1 per/name with a 5 name minimum.

$2 per/name no minimum.

Pegas 21" Scroll Saw

Pegas Scroll Saw - 21 Inch with Raising Arm and the Pegas Blade Clamps

21″ Throat Depth, Upper Arm Raises, Proven Motor and Linkage.  PLUS the game-changing Pegas Chuck Head that has helped so many saws improve.
Pegas® Scroll Saws are high-precision tools, which with a minimum amount of maintenance, will provide reliable service and great satisfaction for many years. This scroll saw is developed in Switzerland - made in Taiwan to the rigorous specifications and quality requirements of Pegas.
This product will ship within three business days, please note we are not open on holidays or weekends.
The Pegas Scroll Saw - Why is it better?
While it’s made in the same factory in Taiwan where the Excalibur scroll saw used to be made, Pegas has added Swiss precision and engineering to their scroll saw. Let’s start with a beefed up chassis featuring a reinforced web in the connecting rod and vertical rocker and needle bearings pressed into the rocker arm as opposed to a sleeve and bolt connection that is prone to wear and failure. Next, the saw comes with the revolutionary Pegas Blade Chuck Heads installed (a $90 value). These precision-machined blade clamps, manufactured from aircraft-grade aluminum, can be adjusted easily to grip blades better than any other clamp on the market, and weigh less to reduce wear on your machine. Finally, the table boasts a thick, scratch-resistant coating that prevents corrosion and make the wood slide easier. The saw still boasts the precision rack-and-pinion system that tilts the saw head to make angled cuts (instead of tilting the table). It tilts a full 45-degrees to the right, and 35-degrees to the left (because of the dust collection port). It also positions all of the primary controls (speed, power, and blade tension) at the front of the top saw arm. A stand and foot switch are available.
