Rotate the cam to adjust the tilt.
This adjustable smart phone stand uses an eccentric cam to adjust the tilt of the phone. There are ten indexing holes to lock the cam in place. The indexing holes are optional. The can will stay in place without the lock. I just liked the look of the indexing pin.
I wanted this design to have a rough steampunk-ish design. It is a very masculine look because it is so blocky. I hate it one minute a then I think I like it the next minute. I don't really know. Feel free to hate it or like it.

With the indexing pin, you get ten preset stops.
The diameter of the cam and the thickness of your phone + case determine the angle. If the case makes your phone about 1/2" thick then use the top cam in the pattern. If you do not use a case then you may need the second cam pattern.
