Infinity Heart Box Scroll Saw Pattern.

Download the Pattern Below

This is a small 3" box with an infinity heart design on top. I made this one 1.125" deep. You can use as thin as 3/4" thick but over 1" is better if you have it available. The box will mostly be used for rings and other small jewelry.

I did make a mistake when I chose the wood for this project. I used cedar for the infinity heart decoration. The lumpy grain of the cedar makes the decoration look poorly cut. If I were going to gift this box to someone I would remove the decoration and use maple. Cedar cuts easily but was not a good choice for a small decoration.

If you have not seen this style of box before you will notice that the walls of the box are cut from a single board in concentric circles. This means that the cuts need to be at right angles to the saw table or the walls won't slide together smoothly. Take your time and use a new/sharp blade. You can also take out some of the warped cuts with sanding.

If you look at the photo below you will see where I drilled my entry hole to separate the inner and outer walls. Obviously, this hole needs to be small. This is a good place to have micro drill bits. The smaller the hole the easier it is to sand away the evidence.

Personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns are ready to order:

I am ready to start taking Personalized Christmas Ornament Pattern orders.

I can do first or last names but remember that more than ten letters will be more difficult to cut.

The order form will take up to 20 names for people and 5 names for pets. If you need more than 20/5 then start a second order.

You will not pay until you have the patterns and are 100% happy with them. There will be an invoice sent with the patterns to your email. You will have the option to pay securely with a credit card or send a check to the included address.

I am shooting for a three-day turnaround but that may be difficult for a few days until I get all the kinks worked out. I'll do my best. You can set a bookmark for each of the order forms but I will post them almost every day until Christmas.

$1 per/name with a 5 name minimum.

$2 per/name no minimum.

$12 per sheet of 12 coins plus $3.50 shipping
