Paper Gift Tag Scroll Saw Pattern.

Download the Pattern Below

Let's mass-produce hand-cut paper gift tags for your Christmas presents. Using the scroll saw and what I call the sandwich method you can cut several sheets of paper at one time. In this case, we will use heavyweight cardstock or craft paper. You can cut somewhere between 10 and 20 tags at once.

In the example above I am showing the cut tag and a cut backer tag. The backer is optional but makes the tag much stiffer. It also can add some color.

In the following instructions, I am using regular copy paper. This is just for demonstration. Use a nice heavyweight craft paper.

We need two sheets of 1/8" thick Baltic birch plywood. You will cut several sheets of your cardstock to the same size as the boards.

These will be stacked in a sandwich.

The sandwich will be wrapped in tape with the pattern applied to the top.

I like to use a #3 or smaller blade to get the cleanest edges of the paper.

Once you complete the cut you have several tags. In this case, I cut five but you can cut many more.

Of course, you can also use the Baltic birch as tags. You can cut four or five at a time.

Personalized Christmas Ornament Patterns are ready to order:

I am ready to start taking Personalized Christmas Ornament Pattern orders.

I can do first or last names but remember that more than ten letters will be more difficult to cut.

The order form will take up to 20 names for people and 5 names for pets. If you need more than 20/5 then start a second order.

You will not pay until you have the patterns and are 100% happy with them. There will be an invoice sent with the patterns to your email. You will have the option to pay securely with a credit card or send a check to the included address.

I am shooting for a three-day turnaround but that may be difficult for a few days until I get all the kinks worked out. I'll do my best. You can set a bookmark for each of the order forms but I will post them almost every day until Christmas.

$1 per/name with a 5 name minimum.

$2 per/name no minimum.

$12 per sheet of 12 coins plus $3.50 shipping
Inlay with a 1" Forstner Bit.
