THANK YOU

This year is rapidly coming to an end. It will certainly be a year that we all remember. I have to admit that I am pretty lucky. I work on the blog full time from home. Because of the blog, I speak with people all over the world on a daily basis so I have interactions. I seldom have to leave the house. Even most of my doctor's appointments are virtual. Yes, it is driving me crazy but I feel guilty feeling bad because so many have it so much worse. Like I said, I'm pretty lucky.

With another year in the books, I want to say thank you. Because of all of you, I have the opportunity to spend my days doing what I love to do.

This year I sent out approximately 7,000,000 newsletters to those of you who subscribe. As a very rough guess I think I have sent out about 54,000,000 newsletters. Roughly another 1,000,000 people visited the blog who are not subscribers. I have stopped keeping a rolling count of the pattern downloads but it is in the range of  45 to 50,000,000. These numbers still blow my mind.

When I started the blog back in 2007 I never expected anyone to actually show up. I just wanted to learn what Blogger was all about. If you would have told me that it would turn into a full-time gig I would have just laughed. I remember when I saw the first person visit the web page. I was shocked.

All of these things are possible because you support what I do by subscribing and visiting the blog. It is not possible for me to put into words how much I appreciate what you guys do.

I am starting to get ready for the new year. I am working on the updated catalog and planning more video reviews. I am praying that at some point this year things we will be able to travel to shows again. I miss the trade shows a lot. Getting to meet everyone in person is a pleasure. I'm not sure it will happen in 2021 but I have my fingers crossed.

I just wanted to spend a few words letting all of you know how much I appreciate your support. I'm not sure if I will post again before Christmas so let me wish you a very Merry Christmas.

In my opinion, this is the best value shop apron on the market. It is under $20 and the quality is very good. I have bought a few of these. Yes I wear them out but only because I don't worry about getting paint, finish, and glue on them. At $20 I just consider them disposable. I buy a new one about every two years.
