This mini Grandfather clock pattern comes in two sizes. The small pattern is for 1/8" thick Baltic birch plywood and the large pattern is for 1/4" thick Baltic birch plywood/hardwood. The small clock is just over 10" tall and the large clock is over 20" tall.
The small clock uses a 1 7/16" clock insert. The large pattern will require a 2 3/5" clock insert. Check out Bear Woods for all your clock parts needs.

You will find thousands of patterns that range from easy to challenging. Don't be afraid you tackle a pattern even if it looks more difficult than you think your skill can do. You will be surprised how quick the learning curve is.
I have several resources here on the blog to help get you started. I also have thousands of free pattern available in my online catalog. We have a community forum where people from all over the world chat about the hobby. They are a friendly bunch so check that out.

Make sure you spend some time looking around the blog. Every post I have made since 2007 is on the blog so you can spend years and not see it all. If you look in the left column of the blog you will see a timeline selector, to go back in time.
