This pattern book includes the cake topper pattern and the templates for the numbers. This will be a fairly fragile project to cut. There are a couple of areas where I strengthened the pattern after the images above. In particular, I made the ascender of the Y thicker. You will definitely want to cut these from Baltic birch plywood for the added strength. Another choice would be cast acrylic.
