The patterns a 10.5" X 4". If you are new to the scroll saw, the interior letters may look intimidating. Consider using a #3 blade. If you are not comfortable making tight turns in small spaces then cut into the corner, back up the blade, and cut into the same corner from another angle. This will give you plenty of room to spin the blade and start the next cut.
I also have a video that teaches how to turn tight turns with the scroll saw. I call it the most important technique on the scroll saw because it is used on every cut. Once you master this technique cutting on the scroll saw becomes easy.
