Two Deck Playing Card Box Scroll Saw Pattern.

I designed this box to hold two decks of playing cards. I kept the design generic so you could use the box for other applications as well.

The box is cut from 1/4" thick Baltic birch plywood. A nice hardwood would make the box look more finished for a gift.

I designed the box to open with built-in hinges so you do not need any hardware.

I try to always have multiple dust reduction systems going in my shop. I have a dust collector, dust filtration system and dust masks.

The dust masks are probably the most important of the systems to protect your lungs. I have different masks depending on how much dust I am creating. I use the GVS maks when I am starting up a lot of dust. I have used it since 2017 and been very pleased with it.
