Old Car City Diorama Scroll Saw Pattern.

This old car is made up of multiple layers of 1/4" thick wood. I used Baltic birch plywood for the prototype buy a nice hardwood will look better. There are opportunities to stack cut this pattern and it is recommended. Not only will it go much faster but it will also cause less sanding to get all the layers even.

I used 1.25" store-bought wheels and axle pegs. I did include wheels in the pattern if you don't have the wheels available.

After I built the prototype I added a couple of extra details to the car. There are vein lines for doors and engine vents. These are optional but I thought it needed the touch.

You can skip the stand if you like. I wanted to give it a diorama look so I went with a 1940s cityscape.

The vases are not intended to hold water. They are decorative for artificial flowers or as a standalone decoration.
