Oval Lighthouse Segmentation Scroll Saw Pattern.

This lighthouse segmentation is ten inches tall. I cut it from 1/4" thick maple with a 1/8" thick plywood backer board. I did not do much contour sanding on this piece. I started it at 1am so I was running out of time to get it posted. I little more contouring would give the piece more depth.

If you are not familiar with segmentation, it is as simple as cutting the pieces from a single piece of wood. Contour all the edges and glue the pieces back to a backer board. Be careful to keep track of the parts so you don't contour sand the back of a piece.

  • Take control of your 3018-PROVer Desktop CNC machine with controls at your fingertips. The 1.8” display will clearly display readouts and provide manual control of your mill without any computer. If a project gets out of hand the PROVer has an emergency stop control that is very visible and easy to access for immediate shutdown of your machine.
