This friendly spider comes in two sizes. The large pattern has a 6" spider. The small spider is 4".It is easy to cut and I just used small pieces of two-sided tape to hold it in place. Small brad nails would also work.
The large pattern is cut from 1/4" thick wood and the small pattern is for 1/8" thick wood. The is a perfect pattern for stack cutting.

There were several great suggestions today about improving my push block pattern. Sorry that I could not respond to them all but I am looking to see what I can implement in my design from those suggestions. If I like what it turns out like I will post a follow-up pattern.
