This project is super simple and I believe it has enough appeal to easily sell at craft shows. This Christmas tree is cut from 3/4" pine. There are no interior cuts. There is a 1/4" wood dowel holding the pieces together. The tree stands about 8" tall.
Notice that I scalloped the tips. I simply sanded each tip. I used a drum sander and it took about 5 minutes.
All parts are center drilled and slid onto the wood dowel. Just a few drops of wood glue should hold them in place. The dowel adds a lot of strength.
This project could probably be made for under $5. At the right craft sell, they would sell for $30.
