Child's Trinket Box Scroll Saw Pattern.

This child's trinket box is a fun place to hold small treasures. The box is made from 1/4" Baltic birch plywood. I would probably cut this from a nice hardwood if I were giving it as a gift.

I did make a slight modification to the box after I cut this prototype. The sidewalls of the box are taller and the lid retainer sits completely inside the box. It's is a minor change but I wanted to point it out. 

I am considering scaling this box up to toy box size. The horse would grow to over 36" long and 24" tall. It would require a few modifications but I think this would make a great-looking toy box.
