Toddler Chair Scroll Saw Pattern.

Let me say it upfront. This is a large pattern. The dogs on each side of the chair are a little over 21" wide and 24" tall. The pattern for the dogs is broken up over 9 pages. If you want the pattern full size then I can provide that also. You will need to take it to a print shop and have them print it on their oversize printer. Here is the link for the oversize pattern. My recommendation is to print the pattern at home and tape it together. Way less expensive.

Obviously, this will be a large board to make the interior cuts in. With a little creative thinking, you can make the cuts but you may need to use a spiral blade especially if you are on a 16" scroll saw. The dog's eye is 1" so it will be easy to drill out with a 1" fostner bit.

If all else fails then a jig saw can make the cuts.

You will probably want to use 3/4" thick plywood for the chair. Make sure you check the thickness of the plywood you buy. If it is not a full 3/4" then adjust the slots to fit.

Since this project may get some heavy use you may want to consider pocket holes and screws in the seat and back.
