This wolf head art is over 10" tall. There are three layers, each 1/4" thick.
For those of you who may want to take the pattern a little further. Add frosted plexiglass behind the cutout of the moon. With a little modification, you could add a light source behind the moon for an interesting effect.
This pattern also works well for you folks who use my patterns on your laser cutter. I reduced the pattern in size by 50% and cut it on one of my lasers from 1/8" plywood.

For the nameplates, if you oversize the name it will split it into two patterns that you will have to tape together. That allows for larger nameplates.
