This witch riding her broom is 15" in length. She is cut from 1/2" thick wood.

Second Pattern Today

The layered butterfly will be delicate. The wings are 1/8" thick and have to be sanded to a 30-degree angle to glue them to the body. I strongly suggest using CA glue with an activator. After you get the wings positioned and glued, add more glue to the top of the wing joint.

The body and base are cut from 1/4" thick wood.

The next two images are this pattern reduced to 50% and cut on one of my lasers. I used only 1/8" thick plywood and spray-painted it with aluminum paint.
