Two patterns today. Both of these patterns will take a while to cut. Both patterns call for 1/4" thick wood. The crate pattern has an opportunity for stack cutting. Each piece has a duplicate.
The crate is rather small. Approximately 10" X 10" X 7.5" deep. The candle stand is about 8.25" tall.
The center candle can be up to 2/7" in diameter and the four side candles can be up to 1.75" in diameter.
WEN LL2156 21 Inch Scroll Saw is Still a good buy.

I received the WEN LL2156 Scroll Saw review unit back in July of 2022. I wanted to do a follow-up because I am still getting questions on this saw. The WEN LL2156 21-inch saw is currently listed at $362.85 on Amazon. That is around $150 less expensive than the DeWalt DW788 which is a comparable saw. The DeWalt has been around for many years so I have a better set of data on the weaknesses and strengths than I do on the WEN but I think they are comparable.
Over this last year I have had two people who purchased the WEN email me with trouble. Both problems were out-of-the-box issues and I believe that in both cases it was shipping damage. The saw was replaced by WEN or Amazon. I can't remember the exact return policy.
I have used the WEN 2156 on limited occasions but it has performed well when I used it. If you watch my video review below my opinions for then have not changed.
Here are the current Amazon customer review ratings compared to the DeWalt. They are similar but the DeWalt
WEN LL2156 Reviews on top and the Dewalt DW 788 on the bottom.
The DeWalt has 15 times more reviews but the average is similar.
Both of these saws are good buys at their current prices but if you are on a tighter budget the WEN looks to be the better buy.
