Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce the most bone-rattling musical sensation that’s sweeping the underworld: Bony Beats! This skeletal duo is composed of two talented artists who are shaking up the music scene, one bone at a time.

First, we have Riff, the guitarist with a knack for strumming out tunes that can wake the dead. His guitar skills are so electrifying, they could light up a dark crypt!

Next, we have Harmony, the lead singer with an enchanting voice that could soothe a savage werewolf. When she hits those high notes, even the ghosts stop to listen!

Together, they form Bony Beats, a musical duo that proves you don’t need flesh and blood to have soul. So, get ready to rattle your bones and dance to the rhythm of their spooky beats!

Listen to Bony Beats' latest blues song.

Skeleton Blues

Each character is just about 10" tall. All the parts are cut from 1/4" thick wood. This is another pattern that might be a challenge for a new scroller. There are a few small interior cuts so take your time.

Cattle Drive Pattern

The second pattern is much easier to cut. There are no small interior cuts. All the characters are cut from 3/4" thick wood. Veining adds the detail. The rider on the horse is just over 9.5" long. You can add a base for each character or use one long base for display.

Three very different subjects for today's patterns. The first is a rock band with four members. The lead singer is a little over 6.25" tall.

The second one is a silly UFO scene.

The third pattern is for the National Library Worker Day on Tuesday, April 9th. Before the online and eBook market took off I hit the library to get books on computer programming. Many of those books were available at the book stores but even back then they could cost $50 or more. The library saved me hundreds of dollars.
I am going to geek out here.
If you believe I am crazy I won't argue. 😁

I grew up with Star Trek and Star Wars. I have always enjoyed sci-fi. Especially alien encounter-type shows. So, do I believe that there is life outside of our planet? I do. I have always believed that there is very likely other life because of the sheer size of the universe. I am absolutely aware that I could be wrong.

The next question is if I believe that aliens have visited Earth. There is far less reason to believe that we have been visited but I think I "want to believe" that it is possible. Returning to the sheer size of the universe makes it very difficult even for an extremely advanced alien to travel the distances to reach us. I am absolutely aware that I could be wrong.

According to a Gallup poll in 2021, 75% of Americans believe that life of some form exists elsewhere in the universe. 34% believe that UFOs are aliens visiting Earth. So I may be a touch crazy but I have a good deal of company. 😎

Over the last few years, the national news has been full of stories about UFOs/UAPs. There have even been congressional hearings including a government whistleblower. The video is below but just a warning. It is over two hours long. Congressmen and women are not known for their brevity.

I know that some of you will have very strong opinions about this subject. I understand those feelings. Please understand that I am not trying to convince you because I cannot even convince myself. I simply find the subject interesting and fun to think about.
