Second Pattern Today
The Fairy on a Mushroom is over 10" tall. The pattern calls for 1/4" and 1/2" thick wood. Perfect decoration for a young child's room.
The M24 Chaffee was speedy and nimble. The M24 saw use in WWII but found a calling in Korea's cold, mountainous environment, where it fought as a part of reconnaissance units alongside “Easy Eight” Shermans, M26 Pershings, and M46 Pattons.
The M24 was a light armor tank and did not hold up very well in WWII to the German Tanks and anti-tank weapons.
I like the design of this tank so I decided to make a pattern. It is not an exact replica but it is close enough. The pattern is 12" wide and has two layers of 1/4" thick wood. I am showing it painted black and white.
