Let's talk Copyright. The character of the Lone Ranger is now in the public domain. Unfortunately, the name Lone Ranger is still trademarked and not available for use. Commercial use also has some technicalities, so I advise against making this pattern to sell. I believe it is safe, but copyright law can get complicated, so use your own judgment with this one.

The Ranger pattern is 10" X 8" and two 1/4" thick layers.

The floral Hexagon box is 8" across the sides and 6" tall. I did not consider a use for the box because, like all boxes, it can be used for anything that fits into it.
