Second Pattern Today
These Christmas Ornament patterns are not going to be too difficult to cut. They can be cut from 1/4" thick wood.
The Santa and his Elves pattern is four layers of 1/4" thick wood. There are a few small cut in this pattern so you will need to use a good cutting technique.
My Update
I have my second physical therapy appointment this morning. On the first trip, they tested my strength and balance. Next, they gave me some stretching and strength exercises that seemed very easy. The next morning, I found out that they were more difficult than I thought because some of my leg muscles were pretty sore. 😆 Sitting at a desk all day is not good for keeping muscles strong. At least I know that they are helping, or they would not be sore.
During testing, they determined that my balance was not good, so today I am supposed to add that type of exercise to my workout. One balance test was simply standing on one leg for as long as possible. They were looking for five seconds as a minimum, and I could not make 2 seconds on either leg. That makes me look forward to the balance exercises they will add.
