Skull Mini Clock

I have a nephew that loves the whole pirate theme. I designed this for him. The pattern requires a 1 7/16'' mini clock insert.

I wanted to follow up on the review I did yesterday of the Dust Bee Gone mask. I did a shop cleaning tonight and the dust was flying. I filled three large garbage bags with dust from the dust collector, shop vacs and machines. I absolutely hate to empty the dust collector and I always let it over fill before I tackle the mess which just makes it worse.

As I said yesterday the mask was comfortable. I won't go as far as to say I did not know I was wearing it or I forgot I had it on but still it was comfortable.

The mask guarantee is that it will not fog glasses and I am thrilled that it worked as promised. After several minutes of heavy work my glasses were fine. This was the main consideration for my purchasing the mask so I'm happy.

The mask fit was great. It did not slide around my face as other masks have done for me. The top strap fits over the ears and hold it in place well.

I could tell that the dust which was very thick at points was being filtered out. I usually come out the this cleaning coughing and an itchy throat. Not so this time.

The only minor complaint I have is that I did still sweat under the mask and needed to remove it a couple times to wipe my face. It was not as bad as other masks I have used though. The instruction mention that you can wear the mask wet for better comfort in hot weather. I think I'll give that a try next time.

One last note from a reader. Jutta recommended the mask to me and she tells me she ruined her first mask by making a simple mistake. You need to connect the velcro on the bottom straps when not being worn. If not the velcro can stick the the mask filter and pull the fibers loose.

I have to say that I am very happy with this mask. It performs as advertised and it will be in my shop for years to come. I highly recommend everyone use a dust mask and this one is great.
