I want to discuss email for a second. One of my biggest pleasures about writing this blog is getting to meet so many of the wonderful people of our hobby. The primary way I get to talk to you guys is through email. I like getting a chance to hear what everyone is doing with the craft and seeing the pictures of projects you send me. I especially love getting the email from new scrollers just getting started and asking questions.
I need to ask for your understanding about how I reply to these emails. Many go unanswered. It's not because I want to ignore your question it's simply that I get hundreds and sometimes thousands of email a week. Many of the emails require a thoughtful response that takes time. I simply run out of hours in a day to get to them all.
I don't want the email to stop. It gives me so many ideas for future projects and tips to pass on. Without your email my ideas would dry up quickly. Keep them coming just understand that if I do not reply it's only because I couldn't. Thanks for your understanding.
