I had a request for a simple Employee of the Month plaque. I thought a few others might also like the pattern so here it is. Depending on the size of the gold name plates you buy you might need to adjust the size of the plaque. The circle should be cut from 1/4" thick wood and the back board is 1/2" thick.Here at my one man company I have a streak of 12 straight months as Employee of the Month. Last month the vote was close but I pulled it out in the end.
