This
pattern book has six Jewish Hanukkah ornaments. Every year I am ask to be more inclusive of people of other faiths. My education of the the Jewish faith is sadly limited. Some would say my education of the Christian faith is not what it should be either. I am always intimidated to do patterns of things I don't know much about. I take a kind heated beating in my email box when I make a mistake. Politics, Sports and religion can get a man in trouble if his ignorance speaks too loudly.
I am going to try to expand the topics and types of patterns I make. I'll try to do my homework and not look too silly. Undoubtedly my face will have egg on it from time to time. Please understand my mistakes will be made with respect and not intolerance. Feel comfortably free to point out my errors by sending me an email. Also send me suggestions of patterns you would like to see. I am more likely to use a suggestion if the pattern has a broad appeal. Doing a pattern for "Waldo's House of Exotic Beer" might be fun but it won't get many downloads.
