I wear a apron any time I'm in the shop. I like having the large pockets to keep small tools in while I work. It's also a lot easier to keep the saw dust off my clothes. I keep the aprons right inside the shop door to make them easy to grab. I needed another apron hook because I broke the one I had.
This is one of those projects where you can just grab some scrap wood and make something useful.
Patty and I spent the last three days at Kentucky Speedway. We go every year but this year was especially special for my wife. She has been a Jeff Gordon fan for many years and this is Jeff's last season of racing. She got to see him race one last time and she got an autographed hat from Jeff also. Patty's sister and her husband have a motor home so we spent the day visiting with them and the nights watching the races. The weather ended up being great for the race. We had threats of rain all weekend but all three races got off in time. The clouds helped keep the temps down which was nice.
